    This is best if you’re trying to lose weight, eat healthier, stay on track during a busy workweek, or stop guessing what to eat every day. You choose your program, schedule, and meal style, and our team prepares your meals in organized sets for pickup.

    Easy Eats is our daily fresh meal option. It is best for customers who do not want a weekly meal prep program but still want a healthier meal made fresh and ready to go. You can order as needed, with no subscription or long-term commitment.

    The easiest way to think about it is this:

    Meal Prep is for weekly consistency. Easy Eats is for daily convenience.

  • For our Meal Prep Program, pickups are typically on Sundays and Wednesdays.

    Our Sunday pickup is usually a 3-day set, which covers meals for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

    Our Wednesday pickup is usually a 2-day set, which covers meals for Thursday and Friday.

    This schedule allows us to keep the meals fresher while still giving customers enough food to stay consistent throughout the week.

    Pickup is typically between 10 AM and 6 PM, and once your order is confirmed, our team will provide pickup instructions and the pickup PIN location.

  • Yes, depending on the type of plan you choose.

    If you choose our Variety Plan, our team selects the meals for you based on your program. This is the easiest option for customers who want convenience and do not want to think too much about choosing every meal.

    If you choose our Custom Plan, you’ll be able to choose from available proteins, carbs, and vegetables for the upcoming production. This is better for customers who want more control over what they receive.

    The Custom Plan is still based on what is available for that production week, but it gives you more flexibility than the Variety Plan.

  • For our Variety Plan, yes, meals are designed to change throughout the week so you are not eating the exact same thing every day.

    For our Custom Plan, meals may repeat depending on what you select. Some customers actually prefer this because it keeps things simple and predictable. For example, if you choose a certain protein, carb, and vegetable combination, you may receive that same meal for multiple days in that pickup set.

    So it depends on what you want:

    If you want more variety, choose the Variety Plan.
    If you want more control, choose the Custom Plan.

  • Yes, we do.

    We offer Keto / No-Carb Meal Prep for customers who want to reduce or remove traditional carbs like rice, pasta, and potatoes. These meals usually focus on protein and vegetables.

    We also offer Low-Calorie Meal Prep, which is designed for customers who want lighter, portion-controlled meals to support weight loss, calorie control, and better eating habits.

    For customers who want balanced meals without going too low in calories or carbs, we also offer our Wholesome Meal Prep program.

    And for customers who train hard, have bigger appetites, or need more protein, we offer Increased Protein options as well.
