FAQs
-
A half tray typically feeds 15–20 people, and a full tray serves around 25–30, depending on portion sizes. We’ll also be listing the exact weight (in pounds) for each tray in the product descriptions so you’ll know exactly how much food you’re getting.
-
Yes! To make sure we have all ingredients and products ready, we require at least 5 days’ notice before your event. A 50% deposit is due at the time of order to secure your spot.
-
Each tray is sold by the product and flavor — so one tray = one item. You can mix and match across your order (for example, one tray of BBQ chicken and one tray of garlic brown rice), but not within the same tray.
